At Pitler Family Law & Mediation, P.C., we focus on helping families through the difficulty of divorce. We understand there is no such thing as an “easy divorce.” Even when parties have already decided how to divide their assets or have limited assets, the experience of a divorce can be very difficult. Therefore, it is very important to hire an experienced attorney who will work with you to insure that you obtain a settlement that is in the best interests of you and your children.
We have helped hundreds of clients resolve their family law issues and have learned that every client and every case is unique. We will take the time to listen to your problem, answer your questions, discuss the legal process and work with you to develop goals to help you reach a satisfactory result.
Through our experience, we have learned that parties are much happier when their divorce is resolved amicably. In order to provide the best alternatives for our clients, Randall Pitler has been certified in Collaborative Divorce Practice and is a court-approved mediator.
Finally, as a member of the Family Law committees of the State Bar of Michigan and the Oakland County Bar Association, the Collaborative Law Institute of Michigan and the Michigan Council for Family and Divorce Mediation, we keep on top of the changing laws concerning divorce, custody, visitation and child support and the latest techniques for dispute resolution.
"Never would I have imagined that my divorce could be so easy. Randy, I will never be able to say thank you enough. You gave me a new lease on life, a fresh start. Thank you!"
